Who is this class for?
Longer structured gymnastics classes for gymnasts that are able to perform the following skills:
Cartwheel
Forward roll
Handstand
Bridge
If your child is the correct age and can perform these skills then please book on to this class. If not, please choose a beginners class.
What happens in this class?
In this class we introduce the gymnasts to more advanced gymnastics skills using all apparatus. This is a great way for the gymnast to continue having fun but be able to spend more time working towards the advanced gymnastics skills.
How long is the class?
This class is 80 minutes long
